  • the wire link belt consists of individual eyelets which are slipped on to croosbars
  • for the transfer of large traction forces the belts can be provided with rows of lamellae which absorbs the resulting belt pull
  • low specific weight
  • large open area allows easy penetration of air and liquids
  • the belt has only one level, therefore low risk, of blinding and easily cleanable
  • good belt guidance

The belts of type 800 are manufactured with:

Gauge of eyelet wire: 1,6 mm to 4 mm diameter
Gauge of cross-rods: 5 mm to 8 mm
Pitch: 25 mm to 75 mm
Belt width: up to 4000 mm

Materials
Mild steel, bright, galvanized and tempered, rust and acid-resisting chrome- and chrome-nickel-steel heat-proof chrome- and chrome-nickel-steel.
