  • consist of spirals woven in one direction, smooth cross-rods and welded edge on both sides
  • with simple edge or triple edge reinforcement
  • made of flat spirals

The belt of type 1100 are manufactured with:

Spirals: 2,0 mm to 4,0 mm diameter
Cross rods: 3,1 mm to 5,0 mm diameter
Pitch: 17 mm to 25 mm
Increase: 15 mm to 20 mm
Belt width: up to 1000 mm

Materials
Heatproof chrome- and chrome-nickel-steel.

Examples for applications:

Belts of type 1300 are mainly used in continuous heating furnaces for temperatures up to 1200°C, for hardening, bright-annealing, sintering, hardsoldering, nitration, enamelling as well as burning and glazing of ceramic.
